Fundraising for Musicians' Florida Trip
It is time to get serious about fundraising for our Florida trip. Please keep your donations coming in and, if possible, reach out to your companies for matching gifts for donations you or your family make. Between donations and fundraising, our current target over the next month and a half is $33,800 and we have received $2,500 towards that goal since our last meeting.
Click here for a letter that can be modified to reach out for donations and click here for a thank you letter if you received a donation. Our tax ID number is: 68-0485116.
We will be having several fundraisers over the next several months and it will take involvement from everyone to make them successful. At the top of our list is our Cover Concert that we will be hosting on Thursday, January 29th.
Other upcoming activities to plan for and to expect more information on:
Our final payment to World Projects is due on February 15th and will take the whole team rolling up their sleeves and getting to work to meet our objectives. The only way we can make this trip happen is if we together as a community. With everyone’s support we can make it.
Thanks for your continued support!

Upcoming Performance Review Opportunities
Dinner Help for CPSO Practices
We would like to offer dinner to Symphony Orchestra students before rehearsals on Tuesday nights again this year. Many students come to rehearsal directly from other activities and they appreciate the opportunity to eat before rehearsal. For all students this is an important opportunity to bond as an ensemble.
These are potluck dinners. We depend on parents to help provide dinner. If every family signs up to bring an item to or help at 2 or 3 dinners, then we will be able to feed our musicians before all the rehearsals this semester.
Please click here to sign up on Volunteer Spot. Thanks for your help!
