MUSICIAN'S SHOWCASE PLANNING MEETING
Let’s reach for the stars together and start planning our 2015 Showcase that will be held on Saturday, October 24th at the Concord Hilton. Our SPACE themed event should be a lot of fun to plan and a great event to participate in.
Our Kick-off meeting will be held in the Music Room at College Park on Tuesday, June 2nd at 7 pm. At this meeting we will discuss the support structure for the event and ensure we have secured leads in each of our key areas. Since many of our lead volunteers will have Seniors at College Park next year we are looking for some new recruits who are willing to learn a leadership role and help us make a smooth transition into the future.
Lead Areas of Operation:
Our key next step is DONATIONS, DONATIONS, DONATIONS…we rely on the generosity of our CPIM Families and the community to create our Silent Auction, Live Auction and Raffle that drive our earnings at this event. We do not make any money on hosting the event, all our proceeds come from our success in Raffle Sales and Auctions.
See you at the meeting on June 2nd!
